Qualifications:
• Form 5 or above;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
• Mature with good interpersonal skills;
• At least three (3) years of full-time work experience, and
• With customer services/ performing arts venue operations working experience is preferable.
Responsibilities:
• Handle general enquiries from hirers and the public;
• Replace tidy up leaflets and pamphlets on display racks;
• Perform ushering services during performances at the Kwai Tsing Theatre;
• Assist in enforcing standing house rules and regulations;
• Assist in performing crowd control duties so as to facilitate the admission/dispersal of the crowds before/after the performances;
• Call upon the services of security guards when necessary for resolving conflicts;
• Assist in routine patrol inspection duties in order to report any irregularities; and
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by the venue management.
