Part-time Administrative Assistant (Innovation and Technology Commision 創新科技署)
Requirements:
- Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent
- Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent
- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE or equivalent
- With at least one year of clerical work experience in an office setting
- Preferably to have worked in government offices
Responsibilities:
- To perform outdoor duties related to the post-relocation exercise, such as assisting the on-site stocktaking of inventory items in the storage facilities and monitoring of works being arranged by ArchSD in the new TKOGO, as well as assisting the filing of incoming and outgoing correspondence in particular those related to the post-relocation exercise
- To copy and highlight the supporting documents for processing the payment of ITF Projects, and arrange record-keeping
- To prepare the minutes for distributing the cheques to subject officers for disbursements under ITF and handle receipts under ITF, as well as general support to the Finance Section
