Qualifications:
- Holder of a Bachelor degree with honours in the field of Psychology or Social Science or related discipline;
- Have at least five (5) years of post-qualification experience, preferably in project and contract management or related disciplines;
- Have at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience relating to implementation of health education programme at schools or school students service settings;
- Have at least two (2) years of networking with NGOs working closely with local schools;
- Experience in government procurement is preferred;
- Fulfilling the language proficiency requirements under Note (1);
- Good team player processing good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Proficient in computer skills (operation with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in spoken and written English:
(a) Grade C or above in Use of English of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) or in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level); OR
(b) An overall band of 6.5 or above with no subtest score below band 6 obtained in the same sitting in the Academic Module of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) within the 2-year validity period of the test; OR
(c) Level 2 in Use of English Paper of the Common Recruitment Examination of the Hong Kong SAR Government (CRE); and
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese:
(a) Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature of the HKALE ; OR
(b) Level 2 of the Use of Chinese Paper of the CRE
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the overall planning, implementation and evaluation of the campaign for promoting mental health and well-being of students in Hong Kong ("the Campaign") and the WSHP;
- To liaise, establish and reinforce working partnerships with stakeholders including DH services, non-government organisations, tertiary institutions and others, to ensure effective implementation of the Campaign and the WSHP;
- To transcribe health messages into health promotional materials for students, parents and general public;
- To develop new website(s) and web content that are appealing to students by transcribing, packaging and re-designing health promotional materials into multi- media formats, including infographics, motion graphics, e-magazines and videos, etc.;
- To plan and implement dissemination of health promotional materials through various media and channels including websites and social media platforms;
- To plan, organize, monitor progress and co-ordinate various contracts of the Campaign and the WSHP;
- To assist in the procurement of goods or services (including but not limited to conducting market research, preparing product/service specifications and assessing the quotations from bidders);
- To provide secretariat and logistics support for meetings with various stakeholders;
- To assist in planning, organising and conducting related surveys, academic researches and evaluation;
- To assist in drafting project plans, writing up progress and final reports;
- To provide general administrative and logistic support; and
- To provide support and assist in any other duties as assigned by supervisors, DH representatives or SHS senior officers.
