Qualifications:
- A Hong Kong Bachelor Degree in either visual art, cultural studies, journalism, communication, or creative media;
- At least 1-year relevant working experience in multi-media, social media, online publishing, community engagement, journalism and public relations;
- Have relevant knowledge in creating and designing social media post content and public engagement campaign for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram;
- Have strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Well versed with social media and multi-media tools (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic design and video editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Handle administration work related to traffic matters;
- Set up, develop and manage TBHQ' s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohungshu;
- Design publicity material including souvenirs, banners, event posters, leaflets, bulletins, etc.;
- Design, produce and disseminate social media posts in various formats including text, infographics, videos, animations, script/storyboard etc.;
- Assist in event coordination and management;
- Organize and assist in the distribution of publicity materials;
- Plan, organize and implement community programmes;
- Explore, establish, liaise with and support the work of promotion partners; and
- Perform any other duties as directed by Traffic Branch Headquarters and/ or Regional Police Office of Hong Kong Police Force.
