要求:
- 中四畢業
- 至少3年全職辦公室工作經驗,有政府部門經驗優先
- 基本電腦(MS Excel, Word, 中文打字)
職責:
- 提供一般行政支援工作 (e.g. 操作影印機和碎紙機、整理和裝訂文件、建立和更新辦公室記錄)
- 管理郵件和文件的分類、分發、投遞和收取服務,包括日常操作郵資機
- 維護辦公用品和設備的庫存和存儲 (e.g. 清點辦公用品、分發文具、借用辦公設備以及在需要時安排補貨)
- 監督承包商提供的維護和清潔服務,以及房間和鑰匙的使用情況。
- 提供一般體力勞動 (e.g. 搬運家具及設備、裝卸文件)
Requirements:
- Completed Secondary 4
- Have at least 3 years full-time relevant working experience, preferably in public / government organisations
- Basic PC skills, including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
Responsibilities:
- To provide general administrative support duties including operating photocopying machine and shredder, sorting and binding documents, and creating and updating office records
- To manage mail and document sorting, distribution, delivery and collection services including daily operation of franking machine
- To maintain inventories and stores of office supplies and equipment including stocktaking of office materials such as stationery, toners, A3 & A4 papers, different sizes of envelopes, distribution of stationery, lending office equipment and arranging replenishment when required
- To monitor the maintenance and cleansing services provided by the contractors, and the usage of rooms and keys
- To provide general manual work including moving furniture and equipment, loading and unloading documents
