要求：

1. 土木工程專業文憑/高級證書
2. 5年相關工作經驗（包括1年監工(WS)的工作經驗）；或3年相關工作經驗（包括1年擔任一級監工(WS I)的工作經驗）
3. HKDSE/HKCEE：中文及英文科目成績達二級或以上
4. 持有《工廠及工業經營(密閉空間)規例》下的有效核准工人證

職責：

1. 執行中環九龍繞道（九龍灣段隧道）（CKB(KBT)）的交接檢查並清點資產
2. 定期進行現場檢查及安全檢查（包括隧道及構築物內的密閉空間），協調檢查報告，並協助實施中環九龍繞道（九龍灣段隧道）的檢查及維護計劃
3. 審核維護及改善工程的成本估算並編製任務單
4. 監督維護及改善工程的監理工作
5. 核實承建商日常維護及臨時維護/改善工程的審計報告
6. 調查公眾、媒體、區議員及政府部門的投訴
7. 監督並指導工程主管人員

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Higher Certificate in civil engineering
2. 5 years relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as Works Supervisor level or equivalent in civil engineering; or 3 year relevant experience inclusive of one year relevant experience as Works Supervisor I level or equivalent in civil engineering; and
3. HKDSE/HKCEE: Level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language
4. hold valid certificate of certified worker under Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Confined Spaces) Regulation

Responsibilities:

1. To carry out handover inspections and take stock of asset inventory of the Central Kowloon Bypass (Kowloon Bay Section Tunnel) (CKB(KBT)
2. To conduct regular site inspections and safety checks (including confined space areas in tunnels & structures), and coordinate reports of inspections and assist in implementing an inspection and maintenance programme of the CKB(KBT)
3. To vet cost estimate and prepare tasks orders for maintenance and improvement works
4. To monitor the supervision of maintenance and improvement works
5. To verify auditing reports on contractor’s routine maintenance and ad-hoc maintenance/ improvement works
6. To investigate complaints from the public, media, District Council members and government departments
7. To supervise and provide guidance to Works Supervisory staff
