政府工程監工/ 二級監工 (土木工程) Works Supervisor (Civil Engineering)

工作地點: 觀塘

工作時間: 5天工作，星期一至五每天8-9小時 

月薪: $30,000 - $35,080

要求：

1. 持有土木工程證書；或已完成認可的相應學科技術員學徒培訓；或已成功完成認可的工藝學徒培訓並擁有兩年相應學科的熟練工人經驗；或擁有五年相應學科的熟練工人經驗。
2. 3 年相關工作經驗，或有3 年相關工程二級監工(WS II)的工作經驗
3. 持有《工廠及工業經營(密閉空間)規例》下的有效核准工人證

職責：

1. 協助進行中環九龍繞道（九龍灣段隧道）CKB（KBT）的交接檢查
2. 對維護工程（包括隧道和構築物中的密閉空間）進行現場檢查和審核
3. 保存現場記錄和測量數據
4. 協助處理公眾投訴

Requirements:

1. Certificate in Civil Engineering; or Completed a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or Successfully completed a recognised craft apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; or 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline
2. 3 years’ relevant experience, or 3 years’ relevant experience as Works Supervisor II or equivalent in relevant works or maintenance projects; and
3. hold valid certificate of certified worker under Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Confined Spaces) Regulation 

Responsibilities:

1. To assist in carrying out handover inspections of the CKB(KBT)
2. To carry out site inspections and audit checking on maintenance works (including confined space areas in tunnels & structures)
3. To keep site records and measurement
4. To assist in handling public complaints
