要求:
- 3 年酒店業或客戶服務業工作經驗(如酒店、主題公園、機場或航空客運服務、政府櫃檯/牌照服務)
- HKDSE/HKCEE 五科(包括中文、英文及數學) Lv 2/E
- 有政府、半政府機構或公共服務業工作經驗者優先
- 熟悉中文打字(倉頡或速成)和常用商業軟件(如 MS Word 和 Excel)
職責:
- 在後勤辦公室和顧客服務櫃台提供駕駛執照申請審核服務 e.g. 接收、審查、簽署及處理市民遞交的駕駛執照文件及申請
- 處理市民對發牌服務的投訴及查詢,e.g. 個別處理市民親身提出的問題,並獨立地就市民的查詢及投訴擬備及發出口頭及書面回覆
- 協助管理和監督牌照事務處提供的駕駛執照服務
- 擬備與駕駛執照服務有關的登記冊、報告、文件和信函
Requirements:
- Have 3 years working experience in hospitality industry or customer service industry e.g. hotels, theme parks, airport or airline passenger services, government counter/licensing services
- HKDSE/HKCEE Lv2/E in 5 subjects (including Chi., Eng. & Maths)
- 3. Having working experiences in the Government, quasi-government bodies or public service sector will be an advantage
- Chinese word processing (Windows' Changjie or Sucheng Input Method only) and knowledge in the application of common business software (e.g. MS Word and Excel)
Responsibilities:
- To provide driving licensing services at backend office as well as customer service counters e.g. scrutinizing, signing and processing various types of licensing documents and applications lodged by the public;
- To handle complaints and enquiries from the public relating to licensing services
e.g. handling members of the public in person individually, and preparing and issuing oral and written replies to public enquiries and complaints independently;
- To assist in supervising, monitoring, managing and overseeing the provision of driving licensing services at the Licensing Office;
- To prepare registers, reports, documents and correspondences relating to driving
licensing services
