要求:
- 中四畢業
- 3年行政全職工作經驗,有政府部門/公共機構經驗優先
- 懂得基本電腦軟件 e.g. MS Word, Excel
職責:
- 協助檔案管理工作
- 負責辦公室日常事務,包括引導訪客進出大樓、影印、傳真文件、裝訂文件、協助郵政服務、茶水間服務等
- 室內外收發文件及其他物品
- 搬運辦公家具、設備、文件等
- 協助佈置訓練或活動場地並提供接待服務
- 協助管理倉庫,例如文具、急救用品等
Requirements:
- Completed Secondary 4
- Having 3 years of full-time work experience in administrative field, preferably in the Government / public organizations / higher education institutions
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- To provide assistance for records management such as filing
- To be responsible for office duties, including escorting visitor(s) get into and leave the building, photocopying, faxing of documents, binding documents, assisting in postal service, pantry services, etc.
- To be responsible for messengerial duties, including indoor and outdoor collection and delivery of documents and other articles, etc.
- To be responsible for manual labour work, including moving of office furniture and equipment, documents, etc.
- To provide assistance in setting up venues for training or event and provide reception service; and
- To provide assistance in managing stores, such as stationery, first-aid, etc
