要求:
- 學士學位
- HKDSE/CEE:中文 4級/D級,英文 5級/C級 (接受CRE成績)
- 三年全職客戶服務/場地營運/樓宇管理/設施預約管理工作經驗,有本地博物館、美術館、文化機構、政府部門或物業管理公司工作經驗者優先
- 持有有效的建築業安全訓練證書者優先
- 具備閱讀、理解及編製版面圖、技術檢查清單及相關圖面的經驗及知識者優先
職責:
- 支援工作小組和/或團隊進行場地租賃預訂相關規劃的準備和實施
- 協助管理、安排、監控及記錄預約及活動
- 與各方溝通,包括政府部門代表、承包商、工作小組、租賃方和訪客
- 協助協調博物館的提升與維護工作
- 識別未來管理中的問題/風險領域,並提出改進/應急計劃,以最大限度地提高管理效率,同時避免對訪客/建築物/財產造成潛在危險
- 作為值班經理輪班工作,負責監督博物館的日常運營,協調前台工作,並處理諮詢、投訴或緊急情況
- 協助監督清潔和保全人員、維修和維護承包商的工作表現,以及各項建築和維護項目的現場施工進度
- 協助高階主管管理所有相關項目,包括規劃、協調、實施和文件記錄
- 協助尋找供應商,並為已承諾的項目準備相關設備或服務的採購規格
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- HKDSE/CEE: Level 4/ Grade D in Chinese & Level 5/ Grade C in English (CRE acceptable)
- 3 year full-time working experience in customer service/ venue operation/ building management/ facilities booking management field, preferably with experiences in local museums, galleries, cultural institutes, government departments or property management companies.
- Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge in reading, understanding and preparing layout plans, technical checklist, and related drawings is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- To support the working groups and/or teams for the preparation of booking of hiring facilities related planning and its implementation
- To assist in managing, arranging, monitoring and keeping records of booking and events
- To deal with different parties, including government department representatives, contractors, working parties, hirers, and visitors
- To assist in coordinating enhancement and maintenance work for the Museum
- To identify problem/risk areas in future management and recommend improvement/contingency plans to not only maximize the efficiency of management but also avoid potential dangers for the visitors/building/property
- To oversee daily operations of the Museum’s activities by working shifts as Duty Manager to coordinate front-of-house duties and to handle enquiries, complaints or emergencies
- To assist in monitoring the performance of cleansing and security staff, repairs and maintenance contractors and on-site work progress of various building and maintenance projects;
- To assist seniors in managing all related projects, planning, co-ordination and implementation and documentation;
- To assist in sourcing suppliers and preparing specifications for procurement of related equipment or services for committed projects
