博物館展覽大使 (客服/科學/教育/導覽) Exhibition Ambassador (Museum/Science/CS/Education/Guide/Tours)

工作地點: 尖東 / 尖沙咀

工作時間: 輪班工作，包括假期及星期六日 

月薪: $55 - $65

要求：

1. 中六畢業（如有中六有讀理科更佳）
2. 至少1年客戶服務相關經驗
3. 具有科學教育背景和博物館工作經驗優先

職責：

1. 協助參觀者正確使用展品，並監督常設展廳的順利運作
2. 支持教育項目，包括兒童展廳工作坊，並協助安排參觀者參觀常設展廳的導覽服務。
3. 提供客戶服務並解答諮詢。
4. 協助常設展廳的日常運營，例如人流控制和巡邏

Requirements:

1. Completed Secondary 6 (HKDSE or equivalent), and preferably have studied at least one (1) science subject in Secondary 6
2. Have 1 year customer service related experience
3. Preferably have science education background with experience in museum work

Responsibilities:

1. To facilitate visitors on the proper use and oversee the smooth operation of exhibits at the permanent exhibition halls
2. To support educational programmes, including Children's Gallery workshop, and facilitate the arrangement of guided tours of permanent exhibition halls for visitors
3. To provide customer services and answer enquiries
4. To assist in daily operations at the permanent exhibition halls, such as crowd control and patrol
