要求：

1. 持學士學位（科學/工程/環境管理/可持續發展或相關學科）
2. 有7年環境相關全職工作經驗，包括 3 年在政府部門擔任主任級，負責「綠在區區」/智慧回收/電子獎勵平台的項目管理
3. HKDSE/HKCEE: 中文及英文 Lv3/C (接受CRE Lv 2)

職責：

1. 負責監督區內回收支援及推廣事宜，包括但不限於利害關係人管理、現場回收支援、管理「綠在區區」設施的營運等。
2. 負責規劃和監督各項減少垃圾和回收宣傳項目的開展（例如「綠展義工計劃」和「綠色目標計畫」等），包括與內部團隊和外部承包商或非政府組織聯絡、準備宣傳材料等。
3. 負責監督、審核並為減少垃圾和回收宣傳材料以及五年減少垃圾和回收利用計劃的宣傳推廣材料的開發提供意見，包括但不限於社交媒體帖子和宣傳視頻。
4. 負責準備會議、訪問或媒體問詢所需的文件、簡報、發言稿和其他必要資料，包括但不限於區議會會議、宣傳活動以及對媒體報道和非政府組織/環保團體的回應。
5. 準備報價文件，管理合同，密切監督宣傳活動/推廣/廣告/廢物收集和回收服務的運作和實施，以促進廢物減少和回收利用以及其他相關舉措。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (in science, engineering, environmental management or sustainability, or equivalent)
2. 7 years’ relevant full-time working experience in environmental-related fields, including 3 years at a supervisory level in Government on GREEN@COMMUNITY operations/ smart recycling devices (smart recycling bins, smart recycling cabinets and smart balances) operations, or operating e-reward platform management
3. HKDSE/HKCEE: Chinese & English Lv3/C (CRE Lv2 acceptable)

Responsibilities:

1. To prepare quotation documents and manage contracts in relation to Smart Recycling Devices (including smart recycling bins, smart recycling cabinets, smart balances), and monitor the performance of the contractors to ensure the compliance of contractual obligations and government regulations
2. To prepare and update papers, information notes, guidelines, presentation decks and other necessary materials in relation to the Smart Recycling Devices.
3. To provide professional input in responding to public and press enquiries and complaints concerning Smart Recycling Devices and/or waste management.
4. To consolidate operation performance data and conduct analysis for strategic planning for the expansion of Smart Recycling Devices, programme management, and the development of Smart Recycling Devices; and to develop and enhance Smart Recycling Devices operation and data analysis through AI-driven analytics and hardware advancement.

   To conduct strategic planning and programme development of Smart Recycling Devices applied in recycling stores of GREEN@COMMUNITY; and to perform a supervisory role in site inspections of the Smart Recycling Devices and the related operation for compliance checks.
