圖書館設計師 Library Project Designer (Video/Graphic/Publicity)

工作時間: 5天工作，星期一至五每天8-9小時 

月薪: $18,000 - $22,000

要求：

1. 持有設計或相關科目高級證書或以上學歷
2. 五年全職平面及出版設計經驗（從概念構思到頁面排版和最終輸出）
3. 精通Mac Illustrator CC、Photoshop CC、InDesign CC及影片剪輯

職責：

1. 為香港公共圖書館通訊及其他宣傳資料和出版物構思創意，並準備設計圖稿和版面佈局。
2. 與編輯及其他負責人緊密合作，開發版面設計，以進行最終製作。
3. 準備用於印刷的輸出文件，以及符合 WCAG 標準的 PDF 格式電子通訊，以便在網路上發布。
4. 為宣傳圖書館活動設計並製作綜合廣告版面。
5. 準備用於宣傳資料的設計圖稿。
6. 根據需要進行照片拍攝、修圖和編輯。
7. 協助編輯圖書館節目的影片，並調整圖稿以用於電子管道的宣傳。

Requirements:

1. Higher Certificate or above in design or relevant subjects from a HK educational institution , or equivalent;
2. Full-time experience in graphic and publication design (from conceptualization to page makeup and output) during the past 5 years
3. Proficient in Mac Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC, InDesign CC and video editing software and techniques.

Responsibilities:

1. To generate creative ideas and prepare design artworks and page layouts for the Hong Kong Public Libraries Newsletter and other publicity materials and publications
2. To work closely with Editor and other responsible officers on developing layouts to output production
3. To prepare output files for printing and the e-Newsletter in the form of WCAG PDF for publication on the Web
4. To design and produce layout for Composite Advertisements in promotion of Library activities
5. To prepare design artworks for publicity material purposes
6. To carry out photo shooting, retouch and editing as required
7. To assist in editing videos of library programmes and to adapt artworks for promotion through e-channels
