要求

1. 大學學位（電影/電視研究、媒體/傳播研究、美術、媒體藝術等專業優先）
2. HKDSE/HKCEE：中英文五級/C級（接受中英文CRE二級）
3. 至少一年在電影公司 / 文化機構/ 創意領域（如檔案館、電影節、博物館、出版社或設計機構）的全職工作經驗
4. 具備線上節目後勤、推廣及文案撰寫的知識與經驗
5. 具備中英文社群媒體內容撰寫和編輯經驗，以及影片拍攝、線上節目和預告片製作經驗，並能提供作品集，展示為宣傳目的創作蒙太奇和短片
6. 精通MS Word、Excel、Photoshop、Illustrator、Final Cut Pro X、Adobe Premiere、Adobe After Effects（或相關軟件），以及中英文資料輸入

職責：

1. 協助香港電影學院節目的後勤工作，包括放映和展覽、研討會等。 1. 協助節目策劃組籌辦後座談會、線上活動及虛擬導覽
2. 為放映活動及展覽的籌備工作提供技術與研究支持，包括訪談環節
3. 為市場推廣宣傳品（從印刷品到數位內容）的製作提供藝術及協調支持，包括與外部供應商及專家聯絡，以及整理必要的影片演職員表和活動簡介
4. 協助節目策劃組準備嘉賓演講者就放映活動（含研討會及映後座談會）所需參考資料
5. 協助撰寫及校對社群媒體內容及話題標籤
6. 協助製作紀錄片風格及活動類影片及數位內容，包括拍攝及剪輯映後座談會、研討會及訪談
7. 透過創意運用及改編香港電影資料館的館藏資料，製作宣傳視頻內容（包括主題剪輯、預告片及短視頻，例如Instagram Reels及YouTube Shorts等平台），提供數位行銷支持各種數位行銷活動和社交媒體平台

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (preferably majoring in Film/ Television Studies, Media/ Communication Studies, Fine Arts, Media Arts, or equivalent subjects)
2. HKDSE/CEE: Level 5/ Grade C in Chinese and English (accept CRE Level 2)
3. At least one year of full-time work experience within a film company, cultural institution, or a related creative sector such as archives, festivals, museums, publishing, or design
4. Knowledge & experience in online programme logistics, promotion, and copywriting
5. Experience in writing and editing feeds in Chinese and English for social media and conducting video shooting, online programme and trailer production, with a demonstrable portfolio of creating engaging montage and short-form videos for promotional purposes
6. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects (or equivalent motion graphics software), and Chinese and English data entry

Responsibilities:

1. To assist in the logistics matters of the HKFA’s Programme including screenings and exhibitions, seminars, post-screening talks, online programmes and virtual tour organised by the Programming Unit
2. To provide technical and research support for the interviews in preparation for the screening programmes and exhibitions
3. To provide artistic and coordination support for the production of marketing collaterals—from print materials to digital content—by liaising with external vendors and specialists, as well as compiling essential film credits and event blurbs
4. To assist the Programming unit in preparing the reference materials requested by the guest speakers in relation to screening programmes including the seminars and post-screening talks
5. To assist in writing and proofreading of social media feeds and hashtags
6. To assist in the production of documentary style and event-based video and digital content, including the filming and editing of post-screening talks, seminars, and interviews
7. To provide digital marketing support by producing promotional video content, including thematic montages, trailers, and short-form videos (e.g., for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts), by creatively utilising and adapting HKFA’s archival materials for various digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
