政府助理設計師(環保/回收/減廢) Assistant Designer ( Recycling/ Environment/ Green)

工作地點: 九龍灣

工作時間: 5天工作，星期一至五每天9小時 (09:00 - 18:00)

月薪: $30,000 - $36,000

要求：

1. 持學士學位（設計、創意媒體或相關專業）
2. 有6年全職工作經驗，擔任創意/平面/廣告設計、公共關係、社交媒體機構或知名創意計畫的設計人員，其中至少4年在政府及公共服務部門工作。
3. HKDSE/HKCEE: 五科取得Lv2/E (接受CRE Lv 1)
4. 具備良好的2D/3D 平面及宣傳設計知識與技能，熟練（包括Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop、After Effects、Premiere Pro、AutoCAD和Blender）。具備照片編輯、影片編輯和人工智慧輔助多媒體創作的知識和技能者優先考慮。

職責：

1. 設計宣傳及廣告材料，包括印刷品和數位設計，用於與「綠在區區」及其他減少浪費/回收相關的推廣活動。
2. 根據「綠在區區」最新發展和營運需求，及時更新宣傳、廣告和推廣資料；
3. 監督宣傳和廣告材料的製作進度並跟進；
4. 協助管理「綠在區區」品牌下的設施和服務，並進行推廣宣傳活動；

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (in design, creative media or related disciplines)
2. 6 years’ full-time post-graduate working experience as designer in creative/graphic/advertising design, public relations, social media agencies or recognizable creative cases, including 4 years of working experience in the Government and public service sector. 
3. Obtained Level 2/ Grade E or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE/HKCEE (CRE Lv1 acceptable)
4. good knowledge and skills in 2D/ 3D graphic and publicity design, and proficiency in software applications (including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, AutoCAD and Blender). Knowledge and skills in photo-editing, video-editing and AI-assisted multimedia creation is advantageous;

Responsibilities:

1. To design publicity and advertising materials, including print and digital designs, which will be used in outreaching and promotional activities related to the GREEN@COMMUNITY, and other waste reduction/ recycling related initiatives;
2. To update the publicity, advertising and promotional materials timely in accordance to the latest developments and operational needs of GREEN@COMMUNITY;
3. To monitor the progress and follow up the production of publicity and advertising materials;
4. To assist in managing the brand for facilities and services under the branding of GREEN@COMMUNITY and outreaching publicity programmes;
