要求:
- 學士學位 (商業/行銷/傳播優先)
- HKDSE/HKCEE:中英文成績達到二級/E級
- 能夠熟練操作電腦應用軟體(例如:MS Word、中文文字處理、MS Excel、PowerPoint 和 Photoshop)。具備 HTML 語言基礎者優先考慮
- 擁有政府部門工作經驗、行銷、活動規劃或客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
職責:
- 為專案提供行政和後勤支持,並組織各項宣傳活動
- 協助組織各類推廣活動,例如展覽、研討會、工作坊和交流項目,包括根據需要提供現場支援和戶外工作
- 維護和更新 網站及其他相關線上智慧財產權資訊平台的內容
- 提供客戶服務,包括處理與宣傳活動/專案相關的諮詢
- 提供一般行政服務
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications field
- HKDSE/HKCEE: Level 2/E in Chinese & English
- Be able to operate computer applications and software (e.g. MS Word (including Chinese Word Processing), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop. Having basic knowledge of using HTML language will be an advantage
- Working experience in the Government or in marketing, event organizing field, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative and logistical support for projects and organising various IPD’s publicity events/activities
- To assist in the organisation of various promotional activities such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and exchange programmes, including onsite support and outdoor work as required
- To maintain and update the content on IPD’s websites and other related online Intellectual Property information platforms
- To provide customer service including handling enquiries related to IPD’s publicity events/activities/projects
- To provide general administrative duties such as filing and simple statistical duties
