月薪: $40,000 - $46,000

要求：

1. 持學士學位（科學、工程或相關同等學歷）
2. 有6年全職環保/環境領域工作經驗，其中至少三年政府主管級合約管理及項目協調工作經驗
3. HKDSE/HKCEE: 中文及英文Lv3/C (接受CRE Lv 2)

職責：

1. 開發、規劃和協調數據或其他必要信息，以提高回收商店和回收站的效率。
2. 促進利害關係人之間的合作，並使利害關係人的期望與專案目標和交付成果保持一致。
3. 制定、採購和管理合同，並監督回收商店和回收站的運營，包括監督承包商遵守合約要求的情況以及審核設施運營商提交的材料。
4. 在對回收商店和回收站及其相關活動/事件進行現場檢查時，履行監督職責，以進行合規性檢查。
5. 協助制定社區回收網絡的政策、策略規劃和專案開發。
6. 為回應有關社區回收網絡的公眾諮詢和投訴提供專業意見。
7. 準備和管理社區回收網路設施提升的合約。
8. 準備和更新與社區回收網路相關的文件、資訊說明、指南、簡報和其他必要資料。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (in relevant science, engineering or equivalent)
2. 6 years’ full-time working experience in environmental domain, of which at least 3 years’ working experience in contract management and project coordination in the capacity of a supervisory role in Government
3. HKDSE/HKCEE: Chinese and English Level 3/ Grade C or equivalent (CRE Lv2 acceptable)

Responsibilities:

1. To develop, plan and coordinate data or other necessary information to enhance the efficiency of the Recycling Stores and Recycling Stations
2. To foster collaboration among stakeholders and align stakeholder expectations with project goals and deliverables
3. To develop, procure, manage the contracts and monitor the operation of the Recycling Stores and Recycling Stations, including monitoring contractors’ compliance with contract requirements and vetting submissions of the facility operators
4. To perform a supervisory role in site inspections to the Recycling Stores and Recycling Stations, and their related events/activities for compliance check
5. To assist in policy formulation, strategic planning, and programme development of community recycling network
6. To provide professional input in responding to public enquiries and complaints concerning community recycling network
7. To prepare and manage the contracts of facilities enhancement for community recycling network
8. To prepare and update papers, information notes, guidelines, presentation decks and other necessary materials in relation to the community recycling network
