Education Resource Assistant （Education Bureau 教育局）

Requirements:

• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and Level 2 in four other subjects including English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination or equivalent
• A Higher Diploma in publication design, print media, illustration design, multimedia & information technology or equivalent
• Good command of Chinese and English word processing skills, Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficient in using design software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; preference will be given to candidates familiar with Canva Pro
• Fluent in written Chinese
• At least one-year full‑time experience in editorial work or publication design
• Experience in graphic design works is preferable
• Outgoing personality and be able to handle correspondence and work independently

Responsibilities:

• To assist in the development of resource materials by performing editorial and design works, producing graphics, audio and video resources and assisting in any IT‑related tasks
• To assist in researching related information, and preparing for the try‑out and compilation of related data
• To perform any other duties as assigned by professional officers of the Section
