Responsibilities:
- Liaise between clients, internal and external teams to maximize effective communication, identify their needs and suggest new service packages that suit clients’ interests
- Gather user requirements and feedback to internal and external teams to analyze and provide solution design
- Collect reviews and testimonials that appraise the brand image
- Seek ways to expand existing client relationship and form new relationship
- Create engaging plan for new products and services
- Execute customer engagement business analysis and analyze sales data to identify new opportunities in new markets
- Provide regularly update for project team and client
- Provide timely report and effectively manage tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in a project management or client relations-focused role
- Comprehensive familiarity with our industry, partners, and verticals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal skills with effective communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese. Fluent spoken Mandarin Chinese is a plus
