To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as a Product Officer, mainly focus on the Coordination, System Implementation and Support of our self-developed HR System.
Responsibilities
- Provide client support in answering product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Internal collaboration with UXUI and engineering teams for product features enhancement
- Assist in preparation of materials and host for workshops and refresher courses
- Assist in regular product features release
- Participate in product demonstrations for client, staff, and other stakeholders
- Gather product recommendations from users and provide feasible advice for product improvement
Requirements
- High Diploma or above.
- Extensive experience in sales, or customer service would be advantageous.
- Articulate, well-organizing and able to perform demonstrations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learning with a complex system
- Able to work independently
- Good command of speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English
