To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as Sales Manager, assist our sales team to explore more business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with clients
- Handle & develop new business from our sales channels, inbound marketing channels, and existing clients
- Regular follow up on existing accounts' status
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including Support and Product Development teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information System Management or any related disciplines
- Experience in delivering enterprise systems or solutions, such as HRM, POS, CRM is highly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication proficiency, customer focus, flexibility, and problem solving skills
- Account Management with regional exposure is highly preferred
