To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us, mainly focus on assisting and supporting client on system configuration, implementation of our self-developed cloud based HR solution.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Provide first line support to client, troubleshoot issues within office hours
- Address and escalate client’s problem and coordinate with the development team to help solving client’s issue
- Understand client’s business needs and assist client to be familiarize with our cloud based system setup & implementation
- Identify and analyze user requirement, and facilitate the enhancement of the system
- Conduct system testing to ensure system functionalities
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Business / Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- 1-2 year system/customer support/client facing experience is preferred (especially in Human Resources / ERP System / IT project coordination)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong in communication and organizational skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English (including Putonghua)
- Literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
