We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in transforming marketing leads into qualified sales leads.
Responsibilities:
- Convert marketing leads into sales qualified leads (SQLs) by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to align sales strategies, targets, and priorities.
- Conduct proactive outreach through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings, to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Gather and document comprehensive information about customer requirements, pain points, and challenges to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software or other sales productivity tools to manage lead pipeline, track progress, and update customer interactions accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 2 years’ experience in business development support, sales support or customer oriented filed are highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
