要求:
1. 學士學位(相關科學或工程學科);擁有環境科學或工程碩士學位者更佳
2. 至少 25 年廢物管理領域的全職相關工作經驗;及有 3 年監督專業人員的管理經驗
3. 在現場廚餘預處理和處理系統的規劃、實施、推廣和監控方面具有全職工作經驗,至少有 10 個正在進行的項目。熟悉政府採購和資助計劃的程序和要求者優先
4. 具有與本地及海外環保企業和組織合作的全職工作經驗,包括與其他地區或國家的政府官員合作。協調過至少 2 次與環境相關的大型會議(每次會議的參觀人數超過 1,000 人)
職責:
1. 帶領團隊管理獨立顧問研究和試驗項目(現場廚餘處理/預處理系統) e.g. 制定策略、評估成本效益以及解決後勤和環境問題
2. 探討和聯絡最新廚餘處理/前處理技術的供應商,並支援非政府機構在不同場所進行示範和試驗
3. 為政府、商業和住宅場所的廚餘處理/預處理系統準備和監督服務合約
4. 評估與現場廚餘處理/預處理或其他廚餘相關計劃有關的環保撥款申請
5. 組織到其他地區或國家進行實地考察,觀察廚餘處理/預處理系統的運作情況
6. 探討現場廚餘處理產品的利用,以及出口到其他地區的潛力
7. 為年度會議及博覽會提供專業支援,以推廣碳中和及廚餘管理的最佳實務
8. 處理有關現場廚餘處理/預處理設施的查詢和投訴
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering subject. A Master’s degree in environmental science or engineering is preferable
2. At least 25 years of full-time relevant working experience in the waste management field. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role overseeing professional staff;
3. Full-time working experience in planning, implementing, promoting and monitoring of on-site food waste pre-treatment and treatment systems with at least 10 ongoing projects. Being knowledgeable in Government procedures and requirements for procurement and funding schemes is advantageous;
4. Full-time working experience in engaging with local and overseas environmental businesses and organisations, including collaboration with government officials from other regions or countries. Must have coordinated at least 2 large-scale environmental-related conferences, each with over 1,000 visitors;
Responsibilities:
1. Leading a team to manage consultancy studies and trial projects on standalone on-site food waste treatment/pre-treatment systems, including formulating strategies, assessing cost-effectiveness and resolving logistical and environmental issues.
2. Exploring and liaising with suppliers of the latest food waste treatment/pre-treatment technologies and supporting nongovernmental organizations in conducting demonstrations and trials across various premises.
3. Preparing and overseeing service contracts for food waste treatment/pre-treatment systems in government, commercial and residential settings.
4. Assessing environmental funding applications for projects related to on-site food waste treatment/pre-treatment or other food waste-related initiatives.
5. Organising site visits to other regions or countries for observing the operation of food waste treatment/pre-treatment systems.
6. Exploring the utilization of output products from on-site food waste treatment products and the potential for export to other regions.
7. Providing professional support for an annual conference and expo aimed at promoting carbon neutrality and best practices in food waste management.
8. Handling enquiries and complaints regarding on-site food waste treatment/pre-treatment facilities.
