要求:
1. 中四畢業 (中、英文期末考合格)
2. 熟悉電腦軟體 (如 Microsoft Office Word、Excel 等) 及中英文打字
3. 有 1-2 年全職文職工作/客戶服務經驗者優先
職責:
1. 協助向大眾推廣 SmartPLAY
2. 協助一般櫃台服務,如回答公眾查詢、處理康體活動登記及康樂設施預約申請
3. 協助審核康體活動的申請表格及抽籤工作
4. 執行與康樂場地運作有關的場地視察/行政職務,並協助整理申報表,以及編製申報表
5. 協助收發文件、設備
6. 一般辦公室支援職務,如影印、存檔、打字等
Requirement:
1. F.4 (pass in Chinese & English final exams)
2. Proficient in computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.), Chinese and English word processing
3. 1-2 years’ full-time clerical working/customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities:
1. Assist to promote SmartPLAY to general public
2. Assist in general counter services, such as answering public enquiries, processing of recreation and sports programme registrations and booking applications for leisure facilities;
3. Assist in vetting application forms and balloting exercise for recreation and sports programmes
4. Conduct venue inspections/administration duties pertaining to the operation of the leisure venues, and provide support in collating various returns from different parties and compiling the returns to senior officers
5. Assist in providing receipt and dispatch service and logistics support in collection of equipment and supplies
6. Provide general office support duties, such as photocopying, filing, typing
