要求:
1. 中五畢業
2. 1 年全職客戶服務工作經驗 (於政府轄下的表演場地 / 博物館 / 展覽 / 商業中心 / 商場 / 其他公共設施工作)
3. 精通打字、中文文字處理及電腦軟件(Microsoft Word、Excel 及 PowerPoint)
4. 身體狀況適合處理簡單的勞動工作
職責:
1. 前台客戶服務(e.g. 在前台查詢熱線回答公眾查詢 / 協助打字、通知和報告的文字處理 / 在主要設施執行入場控制等)
2. 聯絡租用者及監察對場地設施的使用情況(e.g. 聯絡租用者及場地清潔工人,安排場地設施的清潔服務)
3. 在人手不足或緊急的情況下,協助進行擺放傢俱和還原場地的工作
Requirement:
1. Completed Form 5 or above
2. 1-year full-time customer services working experience in one of the performance venues, museums or art centres operated under the Government or exhibition centres or club houses, commercial centres or shopping malls in commercial sector or other public facilities
3. Be proficient in typing, Chinese word processing and computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
4. Be physically fit for handling simple labour work
Responsibilities:
1. Front-of-House Customer Services (e.g. to answer public enquiries at the information counter and front-of-house enquiry hotline and assist in typing, word processing for notices and reports, to perform admission control and ushering in different major facilities, etc.)
2. Monitoring and liaising with hirers on the use of the facilities on site (e.g. to liaise with hirers and cleaners on site in arranging cleaning services for the facilities of the venue)
3. Assist in performing manual work in setting up of furniture and restoration of the area (when in shortage of manpower or in urgent condition)
