要求

1. 學士學位(行銷/廣告/傳播/文化研究或其他相關學科優先)
2. HKDSE/HKAL：中英文 5級/C級或以上 (接受政府CRE Level 2)
3. 5年工作經驗在活動管理/表演藝術機構/公共關係/市場營銷領域
4. 熟悉MS Office和中文打字

職責

1. 協助與文化組織協調，推廣節日及相關節目策劃
2. 幫助規劃和組織表演藝術節目及相關教育活動
3. 進行節日的研究和品牌推廣
4. 協調節日的儀式和禮儀安排
5. 整理並回覆數據和信息請求等

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (preferably in the field of Marketing/ Advertising/ Communication/ Cultural Studies or other related fields)
2. HKDSE/HKAL: Chinese and English Level 5/ Grade C (CRE Level 2 is acceptable)
3. 5 years working experience in the field of event management / performing arts organisations / public relations / marketing / Performing Arts Administration / Event Management
4. proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in coordinating with cultural organizations for Festival promotion and program curation.
2. Help plan and organize performing arts programs and related educational activities.
3. Conduct research and branding for the Festival.
4. Coordinate ceremonial and protocol arrangements.
5. Compile and respond to data and information requests etc.
