要求:
1. 高級文憑/副學士或以上學歷
2. 至少 5 年全職工作經驗。具備客戶服務或政府部門行政及文書工作經驗者優先
3. 精通 MS Office、Excel、PowerPoint、Adobe Acrobat 及中文輸入。
職責:
1. 行政支援:
- 為經理級和主管級人員提供行政支援
- 處理來往信件
- 維護登記冊
- 管理並協助首長級人員使用場地的市政辦公室
- 執行經理的每日行事曆,並協調會議
- 協助推廣場地設施,包括準備宣傳資料
2. 文書支援:
- 處理會議安排、準備簡報與會議資料及其他後勤安排
- 維持經理檔案的暢順物流
- 更新和維護租用者記錄和節目資料
Requirement:
1. Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
2. at least 5 years' full-time post qualification working experience.
Possession of customer service or administrative and clerical experience in government department is preferred
3. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Chinese character input.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- to provide administrative support to managerial and directorate officer;
- to handle correspondences in a timely and professional manner;
- to maintain a registry for monitoring;
- to manage and facilitate directorate officers' use of Town Office at the Venue;
- to execute the managers' daily calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments;
- to assist in marketing venue facilities, including preparation of promotion materials;
2. Clerical Support:
- to handle meeting arrangement, prepare presentation and meeting materials and other
logistics arrangements;
- to maintain the smooth logistics of files for managers;
- to update and maintain hirers' records and programme information
