要求:
1. 中五畢業
2. 10 年全職工作經驗,其中至少 6 年行政/文書的工作經驗(政府藝術表演場地優先)
3. 精通 MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint 及中文文字處理
職責:
1. 為所有租用者的活動及宴會向有關員工發出指示
2. 與大會堂租用者聯絡,以提供相關服務
3. 與大會堂後台團隊協調,為所有租用者的活動提供專業舞台服務
4. 擔任大會堂的當值經理,確保租用條款及細則得到適當的遵守及執行
5. 在節目期間管理前台團隊,確保所有租用者的活動及宴會妥善進行
6. 為前廳團隊準備指示,使大會堂場地運作暢順
Requirement:
1. Form 5 or above
2. 10 years of working experience of which at least 6 years of working experience in clerical and administration field of public institution, government departments, preferably in arts performance venues
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Responsibilities:
1. To liaise with and to provide information to hirers in relation to hiring matters
2. To assist in process, co-ordinate and examine all the hiring applications of major and minor facilities of the Town Hall
3. To input and update the computerized system of all hirers' booking and operational details
4. To prepare correspondence and assist in filing for all documents of operational cases
5. To assist the arrangement of the scheme of Basic Hire Charges, Rental Concession and refund
process
6. To co-ordinate and compile various statistical returns regarding booking and operation of the Town Hall
