時間：5天工作，星期一至五每天9小時 (09:30 - 18:30)

月薪：$16,000 - $19,000

要求

1. 學士學位（中文、翻譯或相關學科）
2. 至少 2 年全職中文編輯 / 翻譯工作經驗；其中至少 1 年編輯/翻譯文化相關工作經驗者優先
3. 熟悉香港電影者優先
4. 有博物館 / 檔案工作經驗者優先
5. 優秀的中文書寫和口語能力，良好的英語能力
6. 有管理平面設計和製作要求的經驗，並能跟進出版物製作的整個流程

職責

1. 審閱及校對自由撰稿人及翻譯員提交的中文文章，供網上刊物（包括通訊）使用
2. 編製及校對香港電影年度片單
3. 協助25周年項目的編輯工作
   4. 校對香港影人小傳檢索
4. 校對並草擬與研究和編輯單位相關的網頁、宣傳材料和社交媒體平台的初步中文文本。
5. 參加放映前和放映後的講座，並為社交媒體平台和新聞通訊準備Instagram帖子
6. 編輯和管理中文數據庫，包括名人和公司名稱的條目

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree (Chinese Language, Translation or related disciplines)
2. At least 2 years' full-time working experience in Chinese editorial and/or English to Chinese translation work; in which at least 1 year of culture-related working experience in editorial/translation is preferred
3. Preferably with good knowledge of Hong Kong cinema
4. Working experience in museum and/or archive is highly preferred
5. Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and good command of English
6. Experience in managing graphic design and production requirements and the ability to follow through the entire procedure for the production of publications

Responsibilities:

1. To review and proofread Chinese articles submitted by freelance writers and translators for online publications, including newsletters and special edition 
2. To compile and proofread annual film list for Hong Kong films
3. To assist with the editorial work of 25th anniversary projects
4. To proofread biographies for the Hong Kong Filmmaker Search
5. To proofread and draft preliminary Chinese texts for webpages, promotional materials and social media platforms related to the Research and Editorial Unit
6. Attend the pre- and post-screening talks and prepare Instagram posts for social media platforms and newsletter
7. To compile and manage the Chinese database, including entries for

personalities and company names
