要求:
- 中五畢業
- 至少2年政府部門/大型機構/公司工作經驗
- 熟悉電腦操作,包括 MS Word、Excel 和中英文文字處理
職責:
- 提供室內外體力勞動服務(例如搬運設備、清點庫存和整理文件,以及其他一般性工作服務、收發服務)
- 提供一般辦公室支援服務(例如操作郵資機、計算郵資支出和登記郵件記錄;提供影印服務、傳真收發服務、佈置會議室、整理辦公文件、協助文件銷毀、文件分類整理至文件架以及郵件服務)
- 執行文書工作(例如資料輸入、打字、資料整理)
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- At least 2 years working experience in Government/ large-scale company/ organization
- Possess basic computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Chinese and English typing skills
Responsibilities:
- To provide indoor and outdoor manual work services (e.g. move equipment, inventory and files and perform other general work services, receipt & dispatch services)
- To provide general office support services (e.g. operating the franking machine, calculating postage expenditure and registering mailing records; provide photocopying services, facsimile transmission and collection; (including set up the conference rooms, rearrange office files and assist in file disposal, sorting and organizing files to filing racks and mailing services)
- To perform clerical duties (e.g. data input, typing, data compilation)
