要求

1. 至少兩年在康文署演藝場所或舞台活動及製作公司擔任舞台監督、總電工或總技師等主管職位的工作經驗，尤其是在香港大會堂獲得的經驗。
2. 能夠獨立工作，同時也能與團隊成員良好合作

職責

1. 協調並監督舞台搭建、吊掛、彩排、演出及拆解期間的舞台運作
2. 與租賃方溝通技術要求，並根據租賃安排及所需服務提供技術服務和設施
3. 管理技術人員團隊，負責日常技術操作
4. 監督並與其他服務承包商（例如場館駐場燈光和音響團隊）合作
5. 為舞台辦公室提供行政支持，例如協助駐地技術經理和駐場副技術經理整理舞台技術資訊、準備每週工作安排及值班表

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years' working experience in a supervisory position such as stage manager, chief electrician and chief technician in LCSD performing arts venues or stage events and production companies, whereas the experiences acquired at Hong Kong City Hall
2. Be physically robust, independent but a good team player

Responsibilities:

1. To coordinate and supervise stage operation during set-up, rigging, rehearsal, performance, and strike-out
2. To liaise with hirers regarding technical requirements and provide technical services and facilities according to the hired schedule and required services
3. To supervise a team of artisans for conducting daily technical operations
4. To monitor and collaborate with other service contractors such as venue resident teams of lighting and audio
5. To provide administrative support to the Stage Office, such as assisting the Resident Technical Manager & Resident Deputy Technical Manager to consolidate and collate stage technical information, preparing weekly instructions, and duty rosters
