要求:
- 大學畢業
- 一年行政工作經驗;有政府部門文書經驗優先
- HKDSE/HKCEE: 中文及英文 3級/C 或以上
- 熟悉中英文文字處理、MS Word, Excel
職責:
- 協助檢討和完善部門記錄分類方案,以增強記錄共享並減少文件重複
- 開發和記錄部門記錄管理實踐和指導方針,規範電子記錄系統(ERKS)的使用
- 準備文件並提供會議的行政支持
- 提供一般行政支持
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree
- at least one year’s working experience in office administration. Work experience in government or in handling records management work is an advantage
- HKDSE/HKCEE: Chi & Eng Level 3/C
- be proficient in using computer software, in particular, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in reviewing and refining departmental records classification scheme to enhance record sharing and reduce filling duplication
- Developing and documenting departmental records management practices and guidelines governing use of the Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS)
- Preparing documents and providing administrative support for meetings
- Providing general administrative support
