Job Descriptions:
- Handle inbound calls to existing and potential corporate customers and sell newly launched products and subscription renewal
- Build rapport with customers, understand their business needs and relate product features and benefits to their needs
- Maintain long term relationship with customers
- Identify new sales opportunities for continued business growth
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary Education or above in customer services or related disciplines
- With 1 year relevant experience in Sales, Telesales, Call Centre and/or, Telemarketing
- Self-motivated and positive
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Knowledge in account management is an advantage
- Customer-oriented and strong communication skills
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
