Job Responsibilities:
- Handle documentation of workflow and procedural manual
- Provide operation and clerical support to the team
- Revision of service application forms
Job Requirements:
- HKDSE or above
- With 1 year relevant working experience, preferable in insurance/bank operation
- Strong customer service mindset and able to support multitasks
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive
- Good PC skills including Chinese Typing
