Our client is looking for Customer Service Officer to join the team for expanding business needs,
Job responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, addressing general inquiries and complaints
- Keep professional, and effective interactions to ensure the call quality
- Support resolution of pending issues and provide timely updates
- Logs of different cases and assist with basic reporting tasks
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above is required
- With at least 6-month working experience in Customer Service disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to resolve issues calmly and efficiently
- Fluent in both Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Immediately available for 2-month contract, with flexibility to be extended
