Our client is looking for Office Assistant to support office daily operations.
Part Time, $55-65 per hour, interview is required in Wanchai
Job Responsibilities:
- 處理內部及外部文件傳遞, 需外勤工作送/收交件
- 協助處理辦公室雜務及其他工作
- 跟進辦公室文儀用品訂購工作
- 協助處理辦公室設施之保養及維修
- 搬放會議室檯凳以作活動安排
- 其他被指派之工作
Job Requirement:
- 中五程度, 略懂英語
- 守時、勤奮、靈活、富責任感及誠實有禮
- 勤奮主動,具責任心,具良好溝通技巧
- 每星期五天工作(半天), 每天4-5 小時, 星期六日必須上班
- 工作地點: 金鐘
- 能即時上班優先
