Our client is looking for Claims Officer to join their winning team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Group Medical Claims Operations
Assess and process medical claims according to company’s claims guidelines - Arrange disbursement of reports and payments on claims settlement
- Provide administrative support to group & individual medical / life clients through correspondence handling
- Reply enquiries from agents, brokers and customers in a timely manner
- Cooperate with other teams to meet the deadlines and expectation of services
- Ensure accuracy and review the procedures for continuous improvement
- Ensure claims are processed within company service standard
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 years of working experience in insurance industry
- Good interpersonal skill with service attitude, numeric sensitive and attentive to details
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills
- Experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Officer or above
