Contract Sales Administrative Assistant

Our client is urgently looking for high calibre candidates to join their team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing and enquiries from internal or external parties
  • Handle stock keeping, inventory control management and generate monthly reports
  • Perform administrative support to the team including sales order data entry and document filing
  • Coordinate with logistics team for delivery arrangement
  • Handle goods return and credit note to customers

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in order processing or customer service field
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge in using SAP system would be a definite advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Office: Tsuen Wan
