Our client is urgently looking for high calibre candidates to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing and enquiries from internal or external parties
- Handle stock keeping, inventory control management and generate monthly reports
- Perform administrative support to the team including sales order data entry and document filing
- Coordinate with logistics team for delivery arrangement
- Handle goods return and credit note to customers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in order processing or customer service field
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge in using SAP system would be a definite advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
