Part time Customer Service Officer (Hotel, no shift, Contract)

Our client is a hospitality service provider is looking for Customer Service Officer for their loyalty program.


Job Responsibilities

  • Answer members’ enquiries and handling complaints in compliance with all guidelines and SOPs, through email and phone in a professional manner
  • Execute UAT test cases across various platforms following the SOP provided by the team
  • Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues
  • Handle administrative work for loyalty programme and other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in related to customer servicing
  • Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
  • Logical mindset and detail-oriented candidates are preferred
  • Good command of English, Chinese in both written and spoken (including Mandarin)
  • Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
  • Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, no shift, Wan Chai office​
