Our client is a hospitality service provider is looking for Customer Service Officer for their loyalty program.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer members’ enquiries and handling complaints in compliance with all guidelines and SOPs, through email and phone in a professional manner
- Execute UAT test cases across various platforms following the SOP provided by the team
- Identify, document, and track defects or inconsistencies, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues
- Handle administrative work for loyalty programme and other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in related to customer servicing
- Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
- Logical mindset and detail-oriented candidates are preferred
- Good command of English, Chinese in both written and spoken (including Mandarin)
- Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
- Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, no shift, Wan Chai office
