Responsibilities:
- Perform full set bookkeeping for multiple clients using accounting software, such as MYOB, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Assist the audit team staff in completing audit assignments, including providing necessary documentation and support.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of both Cantonese and English languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- DSE qualification with Chinese and English Level 2 proficiency.
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in using accounting software (e.g., MYOB) - training will be provided.
- Possession of LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualifications is preferable.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a C.P.A. firm is desirable.
