Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site desktop services (incident & request)
- Hardware & software troubleshooting such as desktop / laptop windows OS platform, Apple MAC OS platform, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus, mobile device support, MobileIron, VC & Meeting support (MS Team, Webex, Zoom) & etc.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, i.e. device configuration, TCP/IP, network printing & etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT or related discipline.
- Requires 3 - 4 + years of related working experience.
- Knowledge of desktop, networking, and general PC applications, like Microsoft Office; O365 & commercial software.
- Mobile device support such as iPhone, iPad, Android.
- Remote takeover support skills.
- Must holder of MCSE or IT professional certification if possible.
- Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, team player, under working pressure.
- Good attitude, customer service, well communication and documentation skills.
- Communicate effectively with end users and other support parties.
- Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to Overtime when necessary.
- Written communication skill in English.
- Language requirements: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
