Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and Network/Server/PC maintenance services to clients
- Setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of networks and servers
- Handle customer technical enquiries
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Studies or above
- 1 year helpdesk experience, Fresh Graduates will be considered
- Good attitude and polite
- Proactive team player, detail minded and responsible
- Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
