Field Engineer
Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible in the following areas:
• Work on field maintenance work for server, storage, tape library, workstation hardware, telecom, cabling and data centre facilities at data centres and customer offices
• Operation support based on senior engineer instructions and customer need
• Assist in incident troubleshooting and configuration management for equipment
• Support infrastructure work such as patching, DR drill, backup recovery
• Onsite working during non-office hours when required
Requirements:
• Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• 1-4 years relevant IT experience
• Willing to learn from a multi-DC strategic enterprise system
• Good team player
• Must possess excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
