System Analyst – Robotics Fleet Management (2–3 Months Project Contract)

Overview
We are urgently looking for a client-facing System Analyst (Robotics Fleet Management) on a 2 to 3-month contract basis to lead the technical analysis, review, and client alignment for a dedicated robotics fleet integration project.
The ideal candidate must possess direct hands-on project experience in Robot Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and demonstrate exceptional client-management and communication skills to effectively navigate demanding end-user requirements and manage project expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical and solution interface between the development team and the client/end-user.
Manage client expectations and requirements: Lead client presentations, walkthroughs, and technical discussions; address challenging user feedback and align scope effectively.
Review UI/UX mock-ups and system workflows, provide actionable and precise amendment instructions to the team, and verify all revisions against requirements.
Analyze and oversee system integration between mobile robots and the Fleet Management System (FMS).
Troubleshoot system-level issues and ensure the deliverables meet user acceptance standards within the project timeline.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of IT experience, with solid exposure to System Analysis or Technical Project Delivery.
Must have direct project experience in Robot Fleet Management Systems (FMS) or multi-robot dispatching/control systems.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills: Proven track record in managing demanding end-users, defusing conflicts, and setting realistic stakeholder expectations.
Hands-on ability to review system mock-ups, formulate clear specification amendments, and validate software fixes.
Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify root causes quickly in a short delivery window.
Immediate availability or available within short notice will be a strong advantage.
