要求:
1. 學士學位(理科/科學/工程/環境管理及技術相關專業)
2. 至少7年全職工作經驗從事減廢/廢物回收/廢棄物設施管理/環境教育或相關環境領域工作;其中至少2年處理廢棄物回收/循環利用相關品牌事務及合約管理工作經驗,以及2年主管級別工作經驗
3. HKDSE/CEE: 中文及英文 Level 3/ C 或以上 (接受CRE成績)
職責:
1. 管理綠在區區設施的合約並監督其運營,包括監督承包商遵守合約要求的情況以及審核設施運營商提交的文件
2. 對綠在區區設施及其相關活動/事件進行現場檢查,以進行合規性檢查,並履行監督職責
3. 為回應公眾關於社區回收網絡的諮詢和投訴提供意見
4. 準備和管理社區回收網路設施升級改造的合約
5. 準備和更新與社區回收網路相關的文件、資訊說明、指南、簡報和其他必要資料
6. 準備用於推廣社區回收網路的品牌宣傳品
7. 在管理合約的過程中,與所有持份者(包括各政府部門、承包商和物業管理辦公室)進行聯絡。
8. 監督、培訓和指導團隊新員工,以支援綠在區區設施的日常運作和各項措施。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (in a science, engineering, or environmental management and technology subject, or equivalent)
2. At least 7 years of full-time working experience in waste reduction/ waste recovery/ recycling/ waste facility management/ environmental education or related environmental domains; among which 2 years working experience in handling branding matters and managing contracts on waste recovery/recycling, and 2 years working experience at supervisory level
3. HKDSE/CEE Chinese & English Level 3/C or above (accept CRE level results)
Responsibilities:
1. To manage the contract and monitor the operation of the GREEN@COMMUNITY facilities, including monitoring contractors’ compliance with contract requirements and vetting submissions of the facility operators
2. To perform a supervisory role in site inspections to the GREEN@COMMUNITY facilities, and their related events/activities for compliance check;
3. To provide input in responding to public enquiries and complaints concerning community recycling network
4. To prepare and manage the contracts of facilities enhancement for community recycling network;
5. To prepare and update papers, information notes, guidelines, presentation decks and other necessary materials in relation to the community recycling network;
6. To prepare the branding and publicity materials in promoting the community recycling network
7. To liaise with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to different Government departments, contractors and property management office when managing the contracts;
8. To supervise, train and coach new staff of the team for supporting daily operations and various initiatives of the GREEN@COMMUNITY facilities
