要求
1. 學士學位(主修美術、視覺藝術、藝術教育、英文、中文、翻譯、文化研究或博物館學)
2. HKDSE/ HKCEE: 中文及英文達第三級 / D 級
3. 具六個月全職博物館、藝廊或其他文化機構工作經驗者優先考慮
4. 能處理翻譯(中英文)及創意寫作。對藝術、藝術教育及文化相關科目有濃厚興趣,對本地文化藝術及歷史有認識者優先
5. 熟悉電腦技能,包括 MS Word、Excel、Power Point、中文文字處理及線上社交媒體平台
6. 熟悉照片編輯、視頻編輯軟件及基本平面設計軟件者優先
職責
1. 安排並協助目前的博物館教育計畫、與展覽相關的特別計畫
2. 協調、組織及推行與展覽主題或年度節慶有關的博物館活動或計劃 (例如講座、工作坊、示範、兒童活動、論壇、座談會、實地考察等)
3. 聯繫學校、學院及教師,配合學校課程推廣博物館的活動
4. 協調年度 MuseTeens 計劃和特別活動的節目
5. 物色及安排合適的講者、嘉賓主持或主講講座、工作坊、示範、論壇、座談會及實地考察等活動
6. 在有需要時為兒童和家庭、青少年及公眾舉辦活動
7. 協助撰寫及編輯展覽、小冊子、通訊、網站更新、教育套件、工作紙、宣傳資料、借閱服務展板等之文字及標題
8. 校對大量文件、圖板和標題,以及小冊子、多媒體資訊和展覽目錄等教育材料
9. 進行研究、協助收集資料、匯集、組織和編纂研究資料,以供展覽和教育項目使用,並撰寫簡單的報告;
10. 協助拍照和錄影
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree (preferably major in Fine Art, Visual Arts, Arts Education, English, Chinese, Translation, Cultural Studies, or Museology)
2. HKDSE/HKCEE Chinese and English Level 3 / D
3. 6 months full-time working experience in museum, gallery or other cultural organisation; previous work experience in museum arts education would be an advantage
4. Capable of handling translation (English and Chinese) and creative writing. Great interest in art, arts education and cultural-related subjects, with knowledge about local art and culture, as well as history would be an advantage
5. Solid computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point, Chinese word processing and online social media platforms
6. Familiar with photo-editing and video-editing software and basic graphic design software would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
1. To arrange and assist in current museum educational projects and assist in exhibition-related special programmes;
2. To assist in developing, coordinating, organising and implementing museum activities or programmes, such as talks, workshops, demonstrations, children’s programmes, forums, symposia, field trips, etc., in relation to exhibition themes or annual festivals;
3. To liaise with schools, colleges and teachers to promote the activities of the Museum in line with the school curriculum;
4. To coordinate programmes for the annual MuseTeens Scheme and special activities;
5. To identify and arrange suitable speakers, demonstrators or guests to host or deliver talks, workshops, demonstrations, forums, symposia, and field trips, etc;
6. To hold activities for children and families, youths and general public when required;
7. To assist in writing up and editing texts and captions for exhibition, pamphlets, newsletters, website update, education kits, worksheets, publicity materials, panels for lending services, etc;
8. To proof-read a large quantity of documents, graphic panels and captions, as well as educational materials such as pamphlets, multimedia information and catalogues for exhibitions;
9. To conduct research, assist in gathering data, assembling, organising and compiling research information for use in exhibition and education projects, and to write simple reports;
