要求:
1. 大學學位
2. 精通Microsoft Office及中文文字處理
3. 具備為線上線下活動(如講座、展覽等)提供後勤支援及資料處理/分析的相關經驗
4. 能夠與各方溝通、聯絡和協調,以促進活動的籌備和開展
5. 具備平面設計、虛擬協作工具及iOS操作經驗者優先考慮
6. 具備建構虛擬資源及學習中心經驗者優先考慮
職責:
1. 協助規劃、設計並提供行政及後勤支持,以建立虛擬學習中心/樞紐
2. 協助與香港品牌及產品博覽會(博覽會)主辦單位聯絡,為食品安全推廣活動做準備,並協助建立展位及舞台遊戲
3. 在平日、週末及公眾假期延長開放時間內,管理及運作流動展覽
4. 協助籌備貿易諮詢論壇(每年舉辦四至五次)及眾多與修訂食品法規/食品安全事件相關的臨時公眾諮詢論壇/講座,包括場地預訂、準備邀請函/信函、確認函/信函、解答公眾關於論壇的查詢及投訴,並提供現場及線上支持
Requirements:
1. University degree
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
3. Has relevant experience in providing logistics support for the organisation of physical and virtual events/activities (e.g. talks and exhibitions) and data processing/analysis
4. Able to communicate, liaise and coordinate with different parties to facilitate the preparation and conduct of events/activities;
5. Relevant experience in graphic design, virtual collaboration tools and operation of iOS would be an advantage
6. Having experience in setting up a virtual resource and learning centre would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. To assist in planning, designing, and providing administrative and logistic support for establishing the Virtual Learning Centre/Hub
2. To assist in liaison with the organizer of the Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo (Expo) in preparation for CFS’s part in the food safety promotion activities, and to assist in setting up exhibition booths and stage games
3. To manage and operate the roving exhibitions during the extended operation hours on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, the frequency per month to be determined by the Government Representative.
4. To assist in the preparatory work for Trade Consultation Forums (to be held four to five times per year) and numerous ad hoc Public Consultation Forums/talks relating to the amendment of food regulations/food safety outbreaks, including venue booking, preparing invitation emails/letters, confirmation emails/letters, answering public inquiries and complaints regarding the forums and providing on-site and online support.
