要求：
1. 大學學位（主修精算/保險/健康相關學科優先）
2. HKDSE/HKCEE 中文及英文達3級/C級以上
3. 至少8年全職工作經驗，其中不少於5年需具備以下一個或多個領域的經驗(不包括保險銷售/業務)：
- 金融/保險業的法律及合規
- 精算分析
- 保險相關研究及分析
- 健康保險產品開發
- 保險營運（例如風險核保、醫療核保、預授權/理賠管理）
職責：
1. 協助執行方案完善項目，包括諮詢研究、準備合規相關文件（例如合約、產品認證等）
2. 協助進行深入研究和分析工作，以支持VHIS及相關措施的開發
3. 協助定期評估VHIS，以確定需要改進的領域並進行進一步審查
4. 協助指導初級工作人員履行文書和行政職責
5. 支援數據分析，以監測關鍵績效指標的完成情況
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Actuarial Science, Insurance or health related discipline
2. HKDSE/ HKCEE Level 3/C or above in Chinese & English
3. At least 8 years full-time work experience with no less than 5 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:
‐ legal and compliance for the financial / insurance sector;
‐ actuarial analysis;
‐ insurance related research and analytics;
‐ health insurance product development; or
‐ insurance operations (e.g. risk underwriting, medical underwriting, preauthorisation/ claims management).
Responsibilities:
1. assist in executing project for refining the Scheme, including consultancy study, preparation of compliance related document e.g. contracts, product certifications, etc.;
2. assist in in-depth research with analytical efforts to support the development of VHIS and related initiatives;
3. assist in conducting regular evaluation of the VHIS to identify areas requiring changes for further review;
4. assist in supervising junior officers in discharging clerical and administrative duties;
5. support data analysis for monitoring the fulfilment of key performance indicators
