要求:
1. 學士學位
2. HKDSE/ALE:中文 Lv 4/ D 及 英文 Lv 5/ C (接受CRE成績)
3. 三年全職客戶服務/場地營運/建築管理工作經驗,有本地博物館、美術館、文化機構、政府部門或物業管理公司工作經驗者優先
4. 持有有效的建築業安全培訓證書者優先
5. 具備與政府部門代表、工程及服務承包商和工作小組進行談判和聯絡的工作經驗
6. 熟練電腦應用,包括中文輸入及使用Word、Excel和PowerPoint
職責:
1. 協助博物館建築工程相關的改建與復原工作
2. 支持工作小組/團隊制定相關工作計畫並付諸實施
3. 協助與各方溝通,包括政府部門代表、工程承包商和施工工作小組
4. 識別未來管理中的問題/風險領域,並提出改進/應急方案,以最大限度地提高管理效率,同時避免對建築物/財產造成潛在危險
5. 作為值班經理,輪班工作,負責博物館日常運營,協調前台工作,並處理諮詢、投訴或緊急情況
6. 協助博物館進行翻新、提升和維護工作,並與所有相關人員合作,確保博物館的維修和運作順利進行,並按要求報告進度和統計數據
7. 協助安排維修工作,並就博物館法定安全要求的編制事宜,向相關政府部門尋求建議和批准
8. 監督清潔和保全人員、維修和維護承包商的工作表現,以及各項建築和維護項目的現場施工進度
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. HKDSE/CEE: Chinese Lv 4/D and English Lv 5/C
3. 3 year’s full-time working experience in customer service/venue operation/building management field, preferably with experiences in local museums, galleries, cultural institutes, government departments or property management companies
4. Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred
5. With working experience in negotiation and liaison with government department representatives, engineering works and service contractors and working parties.
6. Good knowledge in computer applications including Chinese character input and using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
1. To assist in the alteration and reversion works related to the Museum building project works
2. To support the working groups and/or teams for the preparation of related works planning and its implementation
3. To assist in dealing with different parties, including but not limited to government department representatives, works contractors and working parties for construction and building works
4. To identify problem/risk areas in future management and recommend improvement/contingency plans to not only maximize the efficiency of management but also avoid potential dangers for the building/property
5. To oversee daily operations of the Museum’s activities by working shifts as Duty Manager to coordinate front-of-house duties and to handle enquiries, complaints or emergencies
6. To assist in undertaking refurbishment, enhancement and maintenance work for the Museum, and work collaboratively with all counterparts for smooth repairs and operation of museum and to report progress and keep statistics as required;
7. To assist in scheduling repairs and to seek advices and approval from relevant government departments in regard to compiling statutory safety requirements for the Museum;
8. To monitor the performance of cleansing and security staff, repairs and maintenance contractors and on-site work progress of various building and maintenance projects
